MKIV.PARTS is an independent, enthusiast-owned parts marketplace specializing in MKIV Toyota Supra components including OEM parts, performance upgrades, maintenance items, and group buy coordination. We operate as a private seller, not a commercial retailer. All transactions are between the buyer and the site owner directly.

By accessing this website, browsing listings, submitting a contact form, requesting a purchase, or joining a group buy, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use this site.

Every part listed on MKIV.PARTS includes an honest condition description. We photograph and document all known flaws, wear, and defects before listing. Condition grades... New, OEM Used, Used Excellent, Used Good, and Used Fair... are assigned honestly and described in full on each listing.

Parts are sold as described. Buyers are encouraged to read all condition notes, review all photos, and ask questions before purchasing. We respond to all inquiries promptly.

All sales are final unless the item received materially differs from its description. If you believe you received an item that does not match the
listing, contact us within 5 days of delivery.

Prices are listed in US Dollars (USD). Shipping costs are shown separately on each listing. We accept payment via PayPal, Venmo, and Cash App.

Payment is due at the time of purchase or within 24 hours of invoice receipt. Orders that remain unpaid after 48 hours without communication may be cancelled and the item relisted.

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors. In the event of a pricing error, we will contact you before processing the order.

We do not store, process, or have access to your payment card information. All card-based payments are handled entirely by PayPal, which maintains its own PCI-DSS compliance and security standards.

For payments made via Venmo or Cash App, transactions are processed entirely within those platforms. We only receive your payment notification - no financial account details are transmitted to or stored by us.

We never ask for your card number, CVV, or banking credentials. If anyone contacts you claiming to be from MKIV.PARTS and asks for this information, do not comply and report it to us immediately.

We take your privacy seriously.

WHAT WE COLLECT
When you make a purchase or join a group buy, we collect your name, email address, phone number, and shipping address. When you use the contact form, we collect your name, email, and message.

WHAT WE DO WITH IT
Your information is used solely to process your order, communicate with you about your purchase or group buy status, and ship your item. We do not sell, rent, trade, or otherwise share your personal information with any third party for marketing or commercial purposes. Ever.

HOW WE STORE IT
Your information is stored securely in an encrypted database on our hosting server. We do not store payment information of any kind.

EMAIL COMMUNICATION
By making a purchase or joining a group buy, you consent to receive transactional emails related to your order (confirmation, shipping notification,
tracking number). We do not send unsolicited marketing emails. You will only hear from us when it's directly relevant to your order or group buy.

Group buys are coordinated pre-orders for parts sourced in bulk. By joining a group buy, you understand and agree to the following:

- Group buys require a minimum number of participants to proceed. If the minimum is not met, participants will be notified and no charge will be made.

- Group buy timelines are estimates. Sourcing, shipping, and customs can cause delays outside our control. We post updates to the group buy page and email all participants when there are status changes.

- Slots in a group buy are reserved in the order they are claimed. Joining a group buy does not guarantee a slot until confirmed by the administrator.

- Cancellations from a confirmed group buy may affect whether the group buy reaches its minimum. Please only join a group buy if you are committed.

- Group buy pricing is locked at the time of the buy. We do not adjust pricing after a group buy closes.

We ship to all 48 contiguous US states unless otherwise noted on a specific listing. Hawaii, Alaska, and international shipping may be available on request - contact us before purchasing.

Shipping costs are shown on each listing and are charged at cost. We use USPS, UPS, and FedEx depending on the size and weight of the item.

Once a package is handed to the carrier and a tracking number is provided, the shipment is in the carrier's hands. We are not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages, or damage in transit. However, we package everything carefully and will work with you to file a claim if needed.

Parts that require freight shipping (large body panels, engine assemblies, etc.) will be noted on the listing with a separate freight quote.

All sales are final. We are not a retailer and do not offer open returns.

However, we stand behind our descriptions. If you receive a part that is materially different from how it was described or photographed in the listing,
contact us within 3 days of delivery. We will work with you to make it right - whether that's a partial refund, full refund, or return shipping arrangement.

We do not accept returns for buyer's remorse, incorrect fitment assumptions, or change of mind. Please verify compatibility before purchasing. If you are unsure whether a part fits your specific build, ask us before buying.

Fitment information provided on each listing - including compatible years, trim levels, and drivetrain variants — is provided as a guide only. MKIV Toyota Supra vehicles differ by model year, market (USDM vs. JDM), drivetrain configuration (Twin Turbo vs. Naturally Aspirated), and transmission type. These differences can affect part compatibility even within the same generation.

It is the buyer's responsibility to verify that a part is compatible with their specific vehicle before purchasing. We make every reasonable effort to provide accurate fitment data, but we cannot guarantee fitment for every possible build configuration, modification level, or regional variant.

If you are unsure whether a part fits your car, contact us before buying. We know these cars well and will tell you straight. We would rather answer a question upfront than deal with a fitment issue after the fact.

MKIV.PARTS is not responsible for parts that do not fit due to buyer-assumed compatibility, vehicle modifications, or regional specification differences not disclosed at the time of purchase.

MKIV.PARTS and its owner are not liable for any damage to your vehicle, personal injury, or consequential damages resulting from the installation or
use of parts purchased through this site. All parts are sold for off-road or track use unless otherwise noted. Installation of performance parts should be performed by a qualified mechanic.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from a purchase on this site is limited to the amount you paid for the item in question.

All photos, descriptions, and content on MKIV.PARTS are the property of MKIV.PARTS. You may not reproduce, repost, or use our photos or descriptions without written permission. This includes reposting our part photos on other marketplaces or forums without credit.

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be reflected by an updated date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after any change constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
